Vi är alla andliga varelser med olika övertygelser och andliga metoder. Vår Retreat erbjuder inte yogasessioner för någon av våra retreater av just denna anledning. Yoga är en andlig praktik och Jag respekterar allas religion, andliga metoder och övertygelser.
Vi gör intuitiva rörelser på morgonen, beroende på reträtt. Ingen kropp är den andra lik fysiskt eller har samma trauman. Jag har alltid lärt mina klienter genom åren hur de ska lyssna på deras kroppar när de rör sig och stretchar. Ibland hamnar du i några konstiga positioner och du kanske till och med hittar ett område som du inte visste var ont eller fanns.
Jag välkomnar dig att komma och utforska världen, kulturer och mat samtidigt som du upptäcker dig själv lite djupare.

The “Love & Bliss” Tours and Retreats were created for a few reasons.
Reason 1: Creating a tour/ retreat full of good times and memorable experiences. I want these trips to be filled with bliss and moments you will love. This includes having a photographer catch those special moments so you can live in the moment.
We live every day and only die once. I want those who are ready to travel to fully live and experience each day to the fullest.
Reason 2: A percentage of the sales will be given to the communities (&/or) surrounding communities involved to help improve the lives of the locals of all the beautiful places we get to encounter on our trips.
Not everyone has the same opportunities or chances in life. So I’m allowing the little privilege I have with traveling, to listen, bring awareness, and create opportunities for communities, where I am able.

Join us as we embark on a journey through Southern Spain and Northern Morocco. From flamenco in Seville to the lovely Mediterranean climate and beaches in Marbella. Down to the European- Spanish infused city of Tangier in Africa to the blue city of Chefchaouen in Morocco. We will dive into the local culture, cuisines, and amazing atmosphere of the Andalusia region of Spain and the Coastal cities of Morocco
