Todos somos seres espirituales con diferentes creencias y prácticas espirituales. Nuestro Retiro no ofrece sesiones de yoga para ninguno de nuestros retiros por esta misma razón. El yoga es una práctica espiritual y Respeto la religión, las prácticas espirituales y las creencias de todos.
Hacemos movimiento intuitivo por la mañana, dependiendo del retiro. No hay dos cuerpos iguales físicamente o con los mismos traumas. Siempre he enseñado a mis clientes a lo largo de los años cómo escuchar sus cuerpos cuando se mueven y se estiran. A veces terminarás en algunas posiciones extrañas e incluso puedes encontrar un área que no sabías que te dolía o que existía.
Te doy la bienvenida a Ven y explora el mundo, las culturas y la comida mientras te descubres a ti mismo un poco más.

The “Love & Bliss” Tours and Retreats were created for a few reasons.
Reason 1: Creating a tour/ retreat full of good times and memorable experiences. I want these trips to be filled with bliss and moments you will love. This includes having a photographer catch those special moments so you can live in the moment.
We live every day and only die once. I want those who are ready to travel to fully live and experience each day to the fullest.
Reason 2: A percentage of the sales will be given to the communities (&/or) surrounding communities involved to help improve the lives of the locals of all the beautiful places we get to encounter on our trips.
Not everyone has the same opportunities or chances in life. So I’m allowing the little privilege I have with traveling, to listen, bring awareness, and create opportunities for communities, where I am able.

Down to the European- Spanish infused city of Tangier in Africa to the blue city of Chefchaouen in Morocco. We will dive into the local culture, cuisines, and amazing atmosphere of the Andalusia region of Spain and the Coastal cities of Morocco
