These Retreats were created as a safe haven to be able to :

- Identifying what Health & Wealth mean to us, and our relationship with these words.
- Understand the importance our health, especially your gut health plays in our lives both physically and mentally.
- Learn to live life and not just go through the motions and to love the life we lie each day.
The “medicine” from these retreats are different tools and techniques you will be able to implement in your day-to-day life. These new skills will be able to help bring balance to your life, focusing on our mind and conscious efforts with our body and environment, feeding our soul and discovering who we are and the power we hold.
When you leave our retreat,

IMPORTANT: Please note that The Medicine Woman Retreats is NOT personal therapy or a detoxification program from recreational or pharmaceutical drugs. Our members are not trained psychiatrists and do not carry clinical backgrounds in PTSD, addiction, or other mental health concerns. If you have a history of PTSD, addiction, or other mental health concerns, it is important that you arrive at our program in a stable state with the intention of using the retreat for self-regulation, personal healing & spiritual growth. During the retreat, you will spend a lot of time in silence, in nature, in meditative reflections, and with the practice of body movement and flow exercises. You will eat delicious plant-based food, you will also experience enrichment-educational workshops and you will be able to be completely open in this space. You will be invited to lean on these holistic wellness tools to support your healing and internal process. If you are seeking personal or clinical therapy then this retreat is not for you.
