Tots som éssers espirituals amb diferents creences i pràctiques espirituals El nostre Retreat no ofereix sessions de ioga per a cap dels nostres retirs per aquest mateix motiu. El ioga és una pràctica espiritual i Respecto la religió, les pràctiques espirituals i les creences de tothom.
Fem moviment intuïtiu al matí, en funció de la retirada. No hi ha dos cossos iguals físicament ni tenir els mateixos traumes. Sempre he ensenyat als meus clients al llarg dels anys a escoltar els seus cossos quan es mouen i estiren. De vegades acabaràs en algunes posicions estranyes i fins i tot pots trobar una àrea que no sabíes que patia o que existia.
Et done la benvinguda a Vine a explorar el món, les cultures i el menjar mentre et descobreixes una mica més a fons.

The “Love & Bliss” Tours and Retreats were created for a few reasons.
Reason 1: Creating a tour/ retreat full of good times and memorable experiences. I want these trips to be filled with bliss and moments you will love. This includes having a photographer catch those special moments so you can live in the moment.
We live every day and only die once. I want those who are ready to travel to fully live and experience each day to the fullest.
Reason 2: A percentage of the sales will be given to the communities (&/or) surrounding communities involved to help improve the lives of the locals of all the beautiful places we get to encounter on our trips.
Not everyone has the same opportunities or chances in life. So I’m allowing the little privilege I have with traveling, to listen, bring awareness, and create opportunities for communities, where I am able.

We will dive into the local culture, cuisines, and amazing atmosphere of the Andalusia region of Spain and the Coastal cities of Morocco
