This is a 12-week course with weekly activities, zoom meetings and access to a private group with your course-mates and journal prompts to help you truly understand the weekly lesson. 

Why is the course so long?

I want you to succeed in life!

Trust me I know we all have busy lives and it's really hard to even find time for some self-love. I am asking for 2-4 hours a week to help you get the life you deserve. Each week the content will be released at the beginning of the week. Midway through the week, there will be a team zoom meeting. In the meeting, we will address experiences, answer questions, and help hold you accountable. If anything was unclear before the call, you now have the rest of the week to reflect on the lesson.

In this course I will not focus on manifesting your perfect partner or money, I will guide you on Manifesting your reality. You will learn to step into your purpose. Allowing you to step into your power!

We will access these skills through discussing subjects that include but aren't limited to:

✨The mind and the science behind our thoughts

✨Understanding and changing thought pattern

✨Your body, gut health, and your intuition

✨UnderstandIng the difference between your soul and spirit and more

After going over these lessons you will understand your mind, body, and spirit connection being able to consciously Manifest your reality instead of going with the flow and having your environment set it. You will have clarity on who you are in this chapter of your life and who you are becoming. You will be able to manifest and attract everything for who you are becoming and what is in alignment with your soul missions.

We will understand our purpose and attract the tools you need to succeed.
