I believe if you give the body half a chance it can heal itself. This pertains to so many scenarios like anxiety, sensitivities, or getting on the right path... not just healing the common cold.
Everything has a pattern, from our thoughts to our feelings, even the way things grow, like our cells. Some patterns and cycles were made subconsciously by our environment while others were made as protection from our traumas. (Whether or not we recogized the situation to be traumatic in the moment)
This series of courses were created to dive in on 3 different subjects focusing on:

Your Mind, Body, and Soul receives love, communicates, and receive and breaks down information in different ways. To understand the patterns and cycles you currently have set up, ( Most of these will not be know to you, right away) understand why they are there, and learn how to break and change these cycles in different areas of our life dealing with love, sabotage, food & cravings, career & purpose, and your truth we will dive into a 6- Week interactive course.

Peace, Love, Mindset
Humans have over 6,000 thoughts a day on average. Most of these are random and subconsciously take and drain our energy if we are not consciously aware and hold our thoughts captive.
By the end of this course you will be able to:

Achieve an understanding of how you and your mind work.

Discover self-love practices that affect and feed your being and your thoughts

Learn weekly or daily practices that focus on the way your minds communicate and receive self-love that you can implement into your life.

Realize how you receive love and how the way you receive love can counteract and become the way you self-sabotage

Date yourself with confidence.

Evolve awareness of patterns and cycles you are staying in or keep getting into. Recognize and reprogram when you may be self-sabotaging joy in your life, relationships, love, and your career.

Know how an off-balance gut can contribute to or even make worse a number of mental symptoms, like brain fog, anxiety, and depression

Uncover what obtains and blocks peace and love in your life and consciously make an effort to build new subconscious patterns.
Feelings, Facts, Freedom
Being human is hard! I think that is something we can all agree on. When we add in how we view ourselves, and others, then throw feelings into the mix

Understanding our reality gets blurry. This course was made to help clear up some of those lines and give you some emotional freedom.
By the end of this course you will be able to:

Define what health looks and feels like to you.

Retain an understanding of the different ways your body may be communicating with you.

Develop a deeper sense of how you receive love on a Physical/ emotional level and learn how to feed this daily

Dive into our boundaries for ourselves and others and what that means on a physical/ feeling level

Discover patterns and cycles that are focused on the body's habits. From memory to eating.

Acquire an awareness of your personal relationship with food and people. How craving certain things are associated with other needs in our body.

Apprehend how your gut health/ gut bacteria plays a huge role in your body's wellbeing and patterns.
The in-between within
We are all Spiritual beings with a complex vessel, our body. When you add in communication between the two, this can become a daunting task to fully grasp and comprehend.
By the end of this course you will be able to:

Understand the difference between your soul and The Spirit.

Find and understand yourself, and your soul better.

Learn to feed your soul

Understand spiritual and physical exhaustion

Understand when your soul is asking for help and when you physically need help
